Food

So after constant pressure from mister "you need to lose weight", I'm going on a diet. ;)

There's a pivotal point in my life, and it just happens to be when I joined AIESEC., where my daily, weekly, monthly, lifely, routines changed. I spent my time starting an LC with some people I hardly knew, I started interviewing for a job that I would spend 9 months of the next year working at full-time, I took up a part time job, and tried to do well in school in my new major.

So what does this have to do with diets? Well, BEFORE all this, aside from not being in financial troubles, needing to get jobs and experience, I had plenty of time to do other random things. Ah back in the day. I was a scholar athlete with 8 varisty letters, a collegiate athlete in track, a figure competitor, featured in a fitness magazine, a FORD model, and an ultimate frisbee enthusiast.

And now? Now I've lost all my muscle mass, I get winded going up stairs, I stay indoors, I drive at every possible moment, I'm always busy and when I'm not I'm tired or lazy. I didn't notice that cute clothes don't fit so cute anymore (because when would I ever need to dress cute, I go to Tech). And overall, I've declared that I've slipped to far from where I was. How depressing...

So, in conclusion, I am going to drop some weight, get fit, and get back to my old self. Since nobody knew me before AIESEC, you probably don't know what I'm talking about. *sigh*

Hi Tiff,

I can totally relate to how you feel. Right now, I am almost back to my old physical shape since I exercise more and stuff but man the years in between... I just looked horrible. :(

We better warn future AIESECers.

Is this a scam so people can tell you how utterly malnutritioned you are already are?! BAh!

What's the next at your end dude?
