Final Day

Today I woke up happy. Simply... happy. Not sure why. Just a sense of security that no matter which way my life turns, I'll be set. For example, if I get on the MC, I'll have an exciting and challenging and life-changing experience in front of me. But if I don't, I could go on a traineeship into some exotic country where I'll have an exciting and challenging and life-changing experience in front of me. Which leaves me feeling... happy!

Today is also last day of work. For the past year I've worked as a financial planning analyst for an energy company. Although I feel the on the job experience and type of work I did ended up not being at all what I want to do in the future, I learned a lot about what I want in a working environment, job type, company values, etc. which makes the experience somewhat worth it.

Now I will go back to the typical student life, with classes and finals and getting up only to put on pajama like clothes. Taking 7 classes next semester. Hope I can stay interested. Wont' be LCP anymore so I'll have more time to develop personal ambitions.

Exciting.

Aw, I really have to develop a similar non-absolute way of thinking about decisions and possible failures.
It obviously makes a lot of things easier...
